Do you love exploring new destinations? Dominique Crenn is the chef and owner of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Atelier Crenn in San Francisco. She worked as a head chef for many years before she owned Atelier Crenn. In 2016, she was the only female chef in the United States to attain three Michelin stars.

Nominated for Best Chef/Mid-Atlantic region, Amy Brandwein launched Centrolina, an Italian restaurant that has become a popular lunch spot.

Brandwein decided to play a larger role in the culinary industry by becoming an example for women chefs and showing them how they can achieve success. In 2017, Brandwein accepted the James Beard Foundation’s prestigious Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program fellowship. She earned additional scholarships from the foundation, as well as the International Association of Culinary Professionals.

 Chef and owner Andrea Carlson’s farm-to-table restaurant is the only woman-owned restaurant in Canada to receive a Michelin Star. Andrea is true to her passion by creating creative cuisine that is locally sourced.

Nancy is a baker, chef and author who founed La Brea Bakery. She is the co-owner of Pizzeria Mozza and she was the winner of the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Chef Award in 2014. Nancy and her team opened other restaurants including Osteria Mozza that received a Michelin star. Pizzeria Mozza is an affordable restaurant that services quality food.
